Bring a lunch. A number of restaurants are nearby.
What to bring
Dress comfortable. Please refrain from wearing perfumes etc.
Even in July, evenings can be cool. Recommend dressing in layers.
Where to stay
There are several homes nearby that owners do short term (vacation rentals)
There is a campground as part of my subdivision, but usage is pretty limited...they are usually booked July/August, but we can always check. We've had a 37' 5th wheel trailer in there. So they can accommodate pretty large RV's. Have water, electric and some pads have sewer hook-ups too.

Cedar House Sport Hotel

I don't recommend tents in my backyard as we have bears and raccoons that are quite curious! I do have a second floor deck that someone could throw sleeping bags and pads on
